For our Indian customers, we have partnered with reliable carriers like Blue Dart and DTDC to ensure secure and efficient deliveries. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to certain orders, such as customized products or those paid for via bank transfer or financing.

3. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been successfully processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification that includes a tracking number. In case you don’t receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, we recommend checking your email’s “Junk/Spam” folder before reaching out to our support team.

5. Refusal of Delivery: If you choose to refuse delivery without prior consent from GW Security, you may be liable for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund. It’s important to note that you may be required to sign for your package upon delivery.

8. Shipping Guarantees: DTDC Ground and Blue Dart offer guaranteed delivery times on business days. However, please note that these guarantees do not cover events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or airport closures. In such cases, hireskill.store is not responsible for any delays. Nevertheless, we are committed to assisting you in placing claims with FedEx for covered delays and will refund your shipping costs upon successful claim approval.
